Obviously, some of them are going to be bots, but looking at the list of countries, I'm quite sure they're in the minority.
Now that we got the demographics, let's take a look at the more interesting numbers:

No real surprises here. Microsoft is still running on most people's computers, leaving the others far behind.
Leaving Windows out of the picture, the biggest amount of views seems to come from tablets and similar.
The biggest surprise for me is that the Nintendo DSi, which I don't own myself and didn't even knew could surf the web normally, actually got 88 views.
I guess those good old gaming handhelds really are becoming more and more like little computers.
